Can I get my order more quickly?

All of our products are freshly made to order. They need time to set before being dressed and packaged to be shipped. We use RM first class service wherever possible. Some larger orders may be dispatched via courier.

Are the products suitable for Vegans to use?

All of our Bath Bombs, Bath Dust, Hand and Feet soaks, Facial Steamers and Himalayan Bath Salts are Vegan friendly.
At this time our other products and Gift Sets are not suitable for Vegans as some products contain Beeswax or Goat's Milk. Please do ask us about specific products you have seen listed if you are unsure!

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

As a trained Aromatherapist, all of our products are developed using all natural ingredients, Essential Oils and natural preservative (Vitamin E). Everyone's skin is different, but people with sensitive skin and skin conditions are more prone to react to chemicals and preservatives contained within products. All of our products are freshly and free from these synthetic ingredients.

Are the products tested on animals?

No. None of our raw ingredients are tested on animals and none of our finished products are either. The guinea pigs for our products are us - each one is tested by ourselves.

Will the Bath Bomb/Fizz stain my bath?

Our products are mainly designed to be more muted in their colour, meaning less colour needs to be added. This means they should not leave any stains or marks in your bathtub - and they are naturally cleansing so should make cleaning the bathroom a breeze!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our products are packaged in strong recycled cardboard mailing boxes with lots of biodegradable packing peanuts to keep them safe and sound. Both the outer and inner packaging can be recycled safely - biodegradable packing peanuts are made from natural, nontoxic sources, such as wheat and corn starch. They dissolve in water and can be thrown into compost piles after a single use.
We've never had any breakages while posting before, but of course, should an item arrive broken/damaged we will replace it for you.
