Shipping policy

Thank you for your order and for shopping small and supporting an indie business!

Our products are made fresh to order and our standard dispatch time is 3-5 working days from date of order. We will keep you updated on progress.

We use Royal Mail standard second class post or Tracked 48 for the majority of our orders meaning your items should be received within 2-3 days of the posting date however RM do state that second class post can occasionally take up to 18 working days to be delivered in the current climate.

If you have selected the local delivery option (LS13/LS28 addresses) we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

If you have selected to collect your order in person at Our Handmade Collective we will contact you to advise when your order is ready to collect. Please don't try and collect before then!
